Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas. Safely handle chemical agents used for sanitation and cleaning purposes following all chemical handling safety procedures. Assist with light custodial tasks such as restocking supplies and maintaining restrooms to high hygiene standards. Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting or manual handling of cleaning supplies and equipment to prevent injuries. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and the proper handling of chemical agents. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling in accordance with safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards supporting facility users and team members.
