Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team, as we have now expanded into Nebraska City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments of our commercial spaces. This role requires a detailed approach to cleaning and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a subcontractor 1099 position with room for growth and multiple accounts. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept in pristine condition, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness in facilities through regular custodial tasks such as trash removal and restroom sanitation. Conduct floor care activities, including buffing and polishing surfaces to ensure they are well-maintained. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs observed during cleaning duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively, including sending a photo of signed off job descriptions each night. Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment.
