Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across active construction zones. This role ensures that debris, dust, and hazardous materials are properly removed to support a safe and efficient work environment. Duties include cleaning floors, surfaces, restrooms, and equipment, as well as assisting with seasonal tasks and minor maintenance reporting.

Required:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • Must have Valid Drivers License and pass
MVR Preferred:
  • 1 year of similar work experience in janitorial or construction environments
  • Customer service experience
  • Clean and maintain construction site facilities, including trailers, restrooms, and common areas
  • Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures
  • Notify supervisor of needed repairs or safety concerns
  • Maintain effective communication with site personnel, supervisors, and team members
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, and equipment
  • Move boxes, crates, and equipment to access cleaning areas manually or with hand trucks
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate tools and solutions
  • Wash and replace blinds as needed
  • Gather and dispose of construction debris and trash
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walkways, raking leaves, cutting grass, or removing snow
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and food service areas
