Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a spotless appearance. Conduct routine custodial duties such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet extraction, floor care treatments, and industrial cleaning procedures. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for staff and visitors. Use commercial cleaning equipment effectively, including buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly preferred; familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus. Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently in various settings. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures accurately. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards. Pay:
