Cleaning Professional

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Ensure all assigned areas meet quality standards and client specifications Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently Restock supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members Experience Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as scheduled Join our team as a Cleaning Professional and contribute to creating clean, healthy environments that our clients can trust.
