Overview Join our dynamic team as a 3rd Shift Sanitation Worker and be a vital part of maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing or food processing environment. This energetic role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. As a key contributor to our operations, you will ensure that all production areas meet strict hygiene regulations, supporting our mission to deliver quality products safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all production equipment, workstations, and facility areas during the overnight shift Use industrial cleaning tools and supplies to maintain cleanliness in manufacturing or food processing environments Follow detailed sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations Conduct routine custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, waste removal, and surface disinfection Assist with heavy lifting and moving supplies or equipment as needed to support cleaning operations Document sanitation activities accurately in logs and reports for compliance purposes Collaborate with team members to identify areas needing special attention or additional cleaning measures Skills Proven experience in industrial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within manufacturing or food production settings Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to food processing or manufacturing environments Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning tasks Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols precisely Prior warehouse experience or experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus Join us in creating a safe, clean environment where quality products are made every day!
