A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working assistant technician to join our team. The hours fluctuate. Currently it is a 40-hour work week with potential over time. The Assistant technician will be responsible for assisting the lead technician with multiple tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have a history of punctuality and great attendance. You must have a moderate level of comfort being around and talking with people. This job is very physical. It requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, pulling and pushing. You will be working in all temperatures, as we move from vehicle to residence and back. We perform mold remediation for Air ducts and we do water extractions, which will involve bath room overflo sometimes. (Both Residential & Commercial)- Air Duct Cleaning
- Dryer Vent Cleaning
- Cleaning wall to wall carpets
- Cleaning area & oriental rugs
- Cleaning Upholstery
- Tile and Grout Cleaning
- Strip and Waxing Floors
- Water Extraction
Biohazard Removal Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be reliable and punctual (multiple tardy's and or absences will not be tolerated)

- Basic math skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- 1+ year experience in Air Duct Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning
