Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to provide exceptional residential housekeeping services. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in short-term rental properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards. This position is offered as an independent contractor opportunity, with cleaning insurance required. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including floor cleaning, dusting, and laundry. Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality standards for short-term rental accommodations. Manage communication to schedule cleanings and confirm service completion. Keep cleaning supplies organized and report any maintenance or supply needs. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Work independently to complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Experience Prior experience in residential housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients. Ability to handle various cleaning equipment and products safely. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Experience working with short-term rental properties is a plus but not mandatory. This role offers opportunities for pay increases every three to six months until reaching full rates, reflecting performance and experience growth.
