Hooksett, NH Job Details Part-time $17 - $20 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits On-the-job training Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Customer communication Floor buffing Industrial facility cleaning experience Driver's License Attention to detail Driving Quality control Stocking Commercial cleaning Restroom cleaning Full Job Description Commercial Cleaning Technician (Part-Time) Simply Pristine LLC • New Hampshire • Starts at $17-$20/hr, up to $24/hr for the right fit At Simply Pristine, cleaning isn't "just cleaning." We deliver the Simply Pristine Standard — a detailed, top-to-bottom methodology that leaves a business looking genuinely cared for, not just surface-tidy. The spaces we service are the first thing a client's customers and employees see every morning, and we treat them that way. We're a small, high-standards team, and we're adding a part-time Commercial Cleaning Technician who takes real pride in getting the details right — even when no one's watching. Before you read further : this post is honest about what we expect, because we'd rather find the right person than a lot of the wrong ones. What "our standard" actually means This isn't an empty-the-trash-and-go job. On every site, we: Sanitize restrooms properly — not just a quick wipe — and restock what's low Disinfect the high-touch points people actually put their hands on Leave glass, entryways, and floors spotless, because that's a client's first impression Check our own work before we lock up and set the alarm — every time Fix something if it bugs us, without anyone asking If that sounds like more than you'd want to do on every single shift, we're honestly not the right fit — and that's okay. The work Part-time, with real scheduling flexibility. We currently have first shift (6 AM-2 PM) and second shift (2 PM-10 PM) openings, plus daily part-time work available — and we can often tailor a schedule around your availability. Many of our cleans happen while a business is open and staffed, so professionalism on-site matters; some sites are serviced after hours. No two sites are exactly alike: Office, boutique studio, gym, and warehouse cleaning Dusting throughout — including behind and under furniture and fixtures Recurring maintenance cleans and periodic deep cleans Restroom sanitation and supply restocking Trash and recycling removal Floor care — vacuuming, mopping, and detail work (buffing, stripping/waxing, and carpet care as needed) Post-construction and finishing cleans Driving between job sites, sometimes more than one in a shift Safely lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Working solo on some sites, alongside a teammate on others Trust matters here You'll be working inside our clients' spaces — sometimes while their team is right there, sometimes after hours with keys or alarm access. Either way, being reliable, professional, and consistent when nobody is checking isn't a bonus for this role. It's the job. Who thrives here Our best team members thrive here because they are humble enough to learn, confident enough to take ownership, and honest enough to do the right thing when no one is looking. This role is probably NOT for you if… "Good enough" is good enough for you You cut corners when no one's watching You want to clock in, coast, and clock out You can't be counted on to be reliable and trustworthy with a client's building on your own You're not comfortable driving between sites or staying physically active through a shift We'd genuinely rather you skip applying than take a role that isn't the right fit for either of us. Requirements Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Able to lift 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout your shift Comfortable working independently and being trusted with building access after hours Part-time availability for the shift window above, flexible to a schedule that can shift week to week Willing to learn and follow professional systems and quality-control processes Able to pass background and motor vehicle checks Pay & growth Starts at $17-$20/hr during training Up to $24/hr for the right fit as you master the Standard There's room to grow if you want it — but you don't have to want to climb to belong here. We value someone who wants to be genuinely great at this role for the long haul just as much as someone aiming for more responsibility.
