Inspect equipment prior to use, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance. Follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure environmentally responsible practices. Prepare work areas by setting up hoses, nozzles, safety barriers, and other necessary tools for each job. Document completed tasks, including areas cleaned, time spent, and any issues encountered during operations. Maintain inventory of supplies such as detergents, nozzles, hoses, and safety gear; notify management when supplies need replenishing. Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during operations. Proven experience operating pressure washers or similar cleaning equipment in commercial or industrial settings. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to high-pressure water systems and chemical handling. Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with pressure washers or related tools. Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning without damage to surfaces or equipment. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy hoses, operate machinery for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance needs. Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. Basic knowledge of environmental safety standards related to chemical use and waste disposal is a plus.
