Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming across multiple commercial locations Handle specialized cleaning duties such as window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including chemical handling tools and pressure washers Conduct sanitation procedures in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote infection control and hygiene standards Manage laundry services when required, ensuring proper handling and storage of linens or uniforms Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately during all cleaning activities to ensure safety for yourself and others Assist with custodial responsibilities such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning inventories Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting with a strong understanding of sanitation protocols Knowledge of cleaning techniques including window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, and chemical handling Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting safely and efficiently Experience with infection control practices and maintaining high standards of hygiene in busy environments Familiarity with cleaning equipment operation and maintenance is preferred Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and staff when needed Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us in creating pristine environments that foster productivity and well-being!
