A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

WEST CENTRAL SERVICES INC
is hiring a Facilities I - Custodian (Evenings) in Lebanon, NH. This is a full-time position. West Central Behavioral Health is a nonprofit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving the Grafton and Sullivan counties. We're hiring a Custodial team member to help keep our sites clean, safe, and welcoming for the clients and staff we serve.
Schedule:
TuesdaySaturday for approximately the first year (transitioning to MondayFriday thereafter). TuesdayFriday shifts are approximately 12: 00 PM8: 30 PM or 2: 30 PM11: 00 PM (subject to change); Saturdays follow a more standard schedule. What you'll do: Perform general custodial duties including deep cleaning, high-to-low cleaning, trash removal, and daily vacuuming per site cleaning schedulesClean vents and upholstery on a scheduled basisManage recycling collection and custodial supply/equipment inventoryTrack and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS)Handle minor maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs and clearing clogged toiletsReport facility issues (hot/cold calls, safety concerns) to your supervisorSupport agency events by moving tables and furniture as needed Occasionally provide backup to maintenance, including at times landscaping duties
