A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Evening Cleaner position -. Duties include restroom cleaning, emptying trash and recycling, damp wiping, vacuuming, wet mopping, using automatic floor scrubber, cleaning cafeteria, including microwaves. Attention to detail and reliability are important. Work shift is from 5:30 pm to 1:30 am, Monday - Friday nights. No experience necessary, will train. You may be working around people in early evening, but will end shift alone.
