We are looking for a Common Area Cleaner to take care of our public spaces and to carry out cleaning duties throughout the resort. The goal is to keep our 5 star resort in a clean and orderly condition at all times. Hours are 7a- 3:30p or 2p-10:30p Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned perform special cleaning projects as needed or assigned Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Use various floor cleaning equipment as needed (scrubbers, extractors etc.) Maintain a neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire. Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a custodian/cleaner Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets A good team player
