F.W. Webb, Northeast's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies, is seeking an Lead Custodian at its Londonderry, NH location. Custodian is responsible for ensuring that all parts of the warehouse remain clean, and free of trash to OSHA standards. This is including but not limited to sweeping the warehouse floor, cleaning all restrooms in the warehouse throughout the day while logging all activity, cleaning offices, removing trash and disposing at the proper location and sanitizing the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize toilets and sinks and restock disposables (e.g. soap) Wipe mirrors and windows Sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, yard maintenance, building maintenance, etc. Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor. Operate floor scrubber and other equipment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role High attention to detail and conscientiousness Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
