Building Maintenance has been cleaning commercial buildings across New England since 1965. We're expanding in the Ossipee/Tamworth area and looking for a reliable, hardworking cleaner to join our crew. What you'll do: Vacuum, dust, and mop Empty trash Clean restrooms and kitchens Learn carpet cleaning and floor stripping/waxing (we'll train you — no experience required) What we're looking for: Reliable and trustworthy — you show up when scheduled Friendly, positive attitude Able to stand/walk for up to 3 hours per shift, including bending, kneeling, and stairs Able to lift up to 50 lbs Why work with us: Weekly pay 401(k) with company match Real growth opportunity as we expand — more hours and advancement available for the right person Reports directly to our Operations Manager, with hands-on support from our site supervisor Job sites: Commercial buildings in
