We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to handle evening cleaning for a premier local facility. This is a fun, high-energy environment, but the work itself is solo—perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and staying focused. ​Compensation & Growth ​

Starting Pay:

$15.00/hr during initial training. ​

Post-Training:

Increases to $17.00 - $21/hr four more if you become my supervisor based on performance. ​

Longevity Bonus:

Automatic raise after 6 months of reliable service. ​The Schedule ​

Flexible Days:

Pick your days (Monday-Sunday). ​

Shift Times:

9:00 PM - Midnight (occasional 1:00 AM finish depending on events). ​Detailed Job Responsibilities ​This role focuses heavily on bathrooms and flooring. We have high standards and expect a "top-to-bottom" clean every single night. ​

Expert Bathroom Sanitation:

​Scrubbing and disinfecting all toilets, urinals, and sinks. ​Polishing mirrors, chrome fixtures, and dispensers until they are streak-free. ​Wiping down partitions, walls, and ledges to remove all dust and splashes. ​Restocking all paper products and soap dispensers. ​

Floor Care Excellence:

​Thorough sweeping and debris removal (including corners and behind doors). ​Detailed mopping using proper solution ratios to ensure a sanitized, residue-free finish. ​Moving light furniture or equipment to ensure no spot is missed. ​Requirements & Physical Demands ​

Reliability:

You must have your own dependable transportation ​

Professionalism:

This is a professional environment ​

Security:

For safety and insurance reasons, no guests (friends, spouses, or children) are permitted on-site. ​

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift 30 lbs, bend, squat, and walk/stand for the duration of the shift without issue. ​

Detail Obsessed:
