Club Pride/Janitorial Staff

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of club areas, including floors, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and techniques. Conduct routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Maintain floor care by buffing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to ensure floors are safe and visually appealing. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and touch-ups to keep the environment well-maintained. Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, including deep cleans of specialized areas or equipment. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and replenished as necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete daily checklists and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work within commercial or residential settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, polishers, and vacuums effectively. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks like painting or minor repairs is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and sanitation protocols. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
