Cleaning Crew MemberJob Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our growing commercial cleaning company. Our team provides cleaning services for construction trailers, commercial spaces, and occasional post-construction job sites throughout Philadelphia, South Jersey, and surrounding areas. This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, can follow instructions, works well with others, and is willing to learn. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, respectful, and ready to work. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing trash. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break areas, offices, trailers, and common spaces. Help maintain construction trailers and commercial job sites to a clean and professional standard. Move light furniture, supplies, trash bags, or other items as needed to clean behind and underneath objects. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and trash liners when needed. Follow cleaning checklists and instructions provided by supervisors. Report any damage, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply needs. Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly. Work independently or as part of a team depending on the job site. Maintain a professional attitude when working around clients, contractors, and other workers. Qualifications Prior cleaning, janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, or construction cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work thoroughly. Ability to work efficiently and stay on task during scheduled shifts. Must be able to stand, bend, reach, lift, carry, and move items as needed during cleaning. Must be comfortable working in commercial spaces, construction trailers, and active job-site environments. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, lift, and carry cleaning supplies or equipment. Ability to move light furniture or objects as needed to clean behind or underneath them. Must be comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks. Schedule Part-time hours are currently available. This is dependent on current jobs and company needs. Schedule may vary by job site, potential for full time employment. Pay Pay will be based on experience, reliability, and job responsibilities. Pay:
