Your expertise in cleaning, floor care, and facilities upkeep will directly contribute to the comfort and safety of our clients and staff. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting surfaces, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch areas Maintain cleanliness of industrial spaces and perform specialized cleaning tasks as required for different environments Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures or equipment and assisting with light maintenance tasks Assist with residential painting projects when necessary to ensure spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others Skills Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with strong janitorial background Skilled in various floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction Knowledge of custodial procedures for maintaining cleanliness standards in both residential and commercial settings Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus Excellent attention to detail to ensure every area meets high cleanliness standards Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and maintenance services that make every space safe, functional, and inviting!
