We are looking to hire ASAP! No previous carpet-cleaning experience is required. We will train the right person. Pay & Training $20/hour during paid on-the-job training Training will be at least 1 month alongside an experienced technician Once you are trained and ready to complete jobs independently, you will be paid a percentage of the total revenue from the jobs you complete Opportunity to increase your earnings as you become more experienced and efficient Job Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning Provide professional, friendly customer service Set up and operate carpet-cleaning equipment Safely load, unload, and transport equipment Maintain a clean and professional appearance Complete jobs efficiently and to company standards Requirements Must live in or near Union County, NJ Valid driver's license Able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 150 lbs Available for weekday daytime hours Occasional evening and weekend availability Basic English communication skills Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Must be comfortable working in customers' homes and businesses Experience Carpet cleaning, restoration, moving, construction, landscaping, delivery, or other hands-on/service-industry experience is a plus, but experience is NOT required. We are willing to train someone who is hardworking, dependable, learns quickly, and takes pride in their work.
