Job Description

Overview Window Cleaning Technician Join Our Growing Team! We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our residential window cleaning team. This is a physically active, outdoor position that involves cleaning windows using professional water-fed pole systems and working directly with homeowners.
What You'll Do:
Clean residential windows using water-fed poles and purified water systems Load and unload equipment throughout the day Transport equipment between job sites using your personal vehicle Work outdoors in various weather conditions Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Assist with setup, breakdown, and care of company equipment Deliver high-quality work and attention to detail on every job
Requirements:
Reliable personal vehicle required Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment throughout the day Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Able to handle water-fed poles and perform repetitive physical tasks Professional and respectful when communicating with customers Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated Positive attitude and willingness to learn Teachable and able to follow instructions Previous window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
