Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks across various areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces. Manage floor care activities including buffing, polishing, and maintaining flooring surfaces to ensure safety and appearance. Assist with residential painting projects or touch-ups as needed to support property upkeep. Perform basic facilities maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and supporting overall building upkeep. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency. Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly preferred; familiarity with residential cleaning techniques is a plus. Experience with floor care procedures like buffing or polishing enhances your ability to excel in this role. Knowledge of cleaning practices or maintenance is advantageous. Prior experience in residential painting or general custodial work demonstrates versatility and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
