A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

"B" Shift Custodian

QUALIFICATIONS

Be a licensed driver and/or have transportation to and from work sites. Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude with small hand tools. Must possess a Black Seal Operating Engineer's license. Ability to work "B" shift from 3:00 PM

Act Successful Criminal History Clearance Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization Must be able to complete all physical duties as assigned at 100% capacity.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT & COMPENSATION

In accordance with the provisions of the

BOE/FTSSA

collective bargaining agreement the "B" Shift is from 7:00AM

3:30 PM. For the 26/27 SY, compensation range is Step 1 $19.81/hourly
Step 7 $20.

71/ hourly. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education.
