Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Use appropriate cleaning techniques for floors, carpets, and upholstery to ensure optimal cleanliness and appearance. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures regularly. Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing. Provide friendly customer service by addressing resident requests promptly and professionally. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel or custodial experience is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Familiarity with sanitation standards and cleaning products used in residential settings. Ability to handle laundry equipment and perform laundry duties efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills to interact positively with residents and team members. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
