Subcontractor Opportunity — Carpet Deep CleaningEvergleam Solutions LLC About the Opportunity Evergleam Solutions LLC is a growing professional carpet deep cleaning company based in New Jersey. We are currently seeking a reliable solo operator or small team (up to 3) with their own commercial-grade equipment to partner with us as a subcontractor. This is not a one-time gig — we are offering steady, recurring work to the right partner as we continue to grow and expand our client base across residential and commercial properties throughout Central and North New Jersey. What We're Looking For We need a motivated, detail-oriented carpet cleaning professional or small team who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. You will be assigned jobs across a variety of commercial and residential spaces and are expected to represent Evergleam Solutions with the same level of quality and professionalism our clients expect. Responsibilities Operate commercial carpet cleaning equipment including steam cleaners, hot water extractors, and rotary machines to remove dirt, stains, and odors from carpets and rugs Perform deep cleaning and restorative cleaning services across residential units, office spaces, and managed properties Conduct spot and stain treatments targeting tough stains including pet urine, grease, wine, and ink Apply carpet protection coatings (Scotchgard or equivalent) as directed Inspect carpets before and after each job and document work with before and after photos Follow all safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe work environment for both your team and the client Report any property damages or maintenance issues observed during a job promptly Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism on every job Requirements Proven experience in professional carpet deep cleaning — commercial and/or residential Own commercial-grade carpet cleaning equipment in proper working condition (steam cleaners, extractors, etc.) Proof of general liability insurance — minimum $1,000,000 coverage required Solo operator or small team of up to 3 individuals Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special treatment Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision Excellent time management — jobs must be completed within the agreed timeframe Professional appearance and conduct when on client properties Reliable transportation to job sites across Central and North New Jersey Willingness to sign a subcontractor agreement including a non-solicitation clause What You Get Steady, recurring subcontracting opportunities — no chasing your own leads Competitive per-job pay with prompt payment (net 7-14 days after job completion) Flexibility — work on a schedule that fits you A long-term partnership as our business continues to grow How to Apply If you are interested and meet the requirements above, please reach out to us directly with the following: Brief description of your experience and the type of equipment you own Proof of liability insurance ($1,000,000 minimum) At least 2 references from prior clients or employers Your availability and service area
