Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and laundry spaces to meet high standards of cleanliness. Maintain commercial spaces by cleaning offices, retail stores, and other business environments with efficiency and professionalism. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces. Handle sanitation tasks including waste disposal, disinfecting surfaces, and maintaining hygiene standards across all areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process. Manage janitorial responsibilities such as restocking supplies, organizing cleaning equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including laundry services for residential clients or hotel-style housekeeping duties for commercial settings. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or custodial experience is a plus. Basic cooking skills are beneficial for residential clients requiring light meal prep assistance. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
