Gallo Bros is a family-owned exterior cleaning company — house washing, roof cleaning, driveways, paver sealing, and holiday lighting. We're growing fast and building the best crew in New Jersey. We're hiring Field Technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow with us. What you'll do Clean homes and properties: house washing, driveways/flatwork, roofs, gutters Work as part of a truck crew and treat every customer and their property with respect Show up on time, take care of the equipment, and follow our safety rules What we're looking for Reliable and hard-working — you take pride in a job done right Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you may drive company trucks) Able to work at heights on ladders, lift heavy, and work outside in heat, cold, and rain Legally authorized to work in the U.S. English or Spanish — both welcome Experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter most — we'll train the right person The real deal (so there are no surprises) This is hard, physical, outdoor work. We run 6 days a week, 10-12 hour days in season, and Saturdays are required. We're seasonal — busiest March through September, plus Christmas lights October through January.
