$$$ The Arc of Ocean County is currently seeking a part-time Crew Chief to provide training, supervision, and support to individuals with disabilities who are part of a community cleaning crew. This position requires travel throughout Ocean County to support a variety of contracted service locations.

Schedule:

This role requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of multiple cleaning contracts. Availability must include at least one weekend shift per week.

Pay:

$21.75 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly schedule, with flexible evening and weekend availability.

Description:

The Crew Chief is responsible for leading a team that travels to various community sites to complete contracted cleaning services. This role includes supervising and supporting individuals with disabilities who are employed on the cleaning crew while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to established quality standards. In addition to providing guidance and oversight, the Crew Chief works alongside the team performing janitorial duties to help ensure all customer expectations are met. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
