Janitor/Cleaner

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of machinery or large equipment as needed Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to uphold aesthetic standards Assist with custodial responsibilities during special events or after-hours cleaning projects Perform basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, or reporting larger repairs to maintenance teams Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safe working conditions at all times Skills Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial roles preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and buffing methods Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and other custodial tools Experience with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance practices Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues promptly Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that foster productivity and comfort!
