$$$ The Arc of Ocean County is hiring a Part-Time Crew Chief to support and supervise individuals with disabilities participating in a community-based cleaning crew. This role involves traveling throughout Ocean County to various contracted service sites while providing hands-on training, encouragement, and leadership to crew members. Schedule This position offers a flexible schedule based on operational and contract needs. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend shift per week , with evening and weekend flexibility required. Compensation $21.75 per hour , paid bi-weekly

As a Crew Chief , you will oversee a mobile cleaning team responsible for completing janitorial services at multiple community locations. You will play a key role in training, mentoring, and supporting individuals with disabilities while helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality expectations. This position is hands-on and includes actively working alongside crew members to complete cleaning assignments, maintain service standards, and meet customer needs. Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is welcomed, though not required .
