Job Summary As a Janitor, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment throughout the store's production, sales, and common areas. This position requires a dependable, hardworking individual who can thrive in a fast-paced setting, adapt to changing daily responsibilities, and work collaboratively with team members to support overall store operations. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness throughout production areas, sales floor, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces Clean and restock restrooms and employee break areas Ensure workspaces remain safe, organized, and free of hazards Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times Assist with general housekeeping and miscellaneous cleaning tasks as assigned Support store operations by assisting in other departments when needed Adapt to changing daily responsibilities based on business demands Work collaboratively with managers, supervisors, and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently Meet company productivity and performance standards Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred Physical and Scheduling Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the shift Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach while cleaning assigned areas Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
