Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential units, hotel rooms, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Care for flooring through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure operational readiness Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage to promote a safe environment Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from residents or guests and ensuring their satisfaction with cleanliness standards Skills Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services within residential or commercial settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry handling Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry standards (nice-to-have) Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines Good physical stamina for standing long hours, bending, lifting heavy objects safely, and working in various environments Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into spotless sanctuaries!
