The ideal candidate will be resourceful and independent, able to determine priorities, and have a genuine desire to make sure property standards are exceeded to provide an outstanding experience for residents and office staff. They will be driven to deliver friendly hospitality while meticulously assuring maintenance duties are completed and equipment is maintained and all cleaning tasks.

Essential Functions:

Check over property to ensure a safe and secure environment. Maintains appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including snow removal. Coordinates job duties around other team members to help ensure efficient workflow. Able to assist with receiving deliveries and putting them away in an organized and detailed manner. Maintains a basic working knowledge of general maintenance duties, and a great attitude for cleanliness. Completes maintenance tickets when applicable daily, and all cleaning tasks given by manager. Completes daily duties and tasks whether its running maintenance tickets, cleaning vacant apartments - and daily cleaning of office and gym for residents and staff. Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.

Qualifications:

A genuine smile! Good communication skills Dependability 2+ years maintenance experience preferred Must meet the federal age requirements for the position responsibilities. A minimum of 18 years of age. Be able to climb up and down a ladder to a height of 25 feet. Sweep, mop and scrub using cleaning materials. Be able to frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Able to work independently. Reach, bend and clean surfaces regularly. Work frequently in hot, cold and damp environments. Reading and writing skills are required. Job duties are split, with inside and outside work - depending on current work duties and tasks including snow removal during winter seasons.

DIVERS LICENSE AND VEHICLE ARE REQUIRED HAVING YOUR OWN GENERAL TOOLS ARE REQUIRED

(drills, hammer and other common tools)
