Job Description
A building maintenance person is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and appearance of the building. They must handle preventative maintenance tasks and assisting with other mechanical tasks as needed. The building porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the building. Their duties include sanitizing and cleaning common areas, removing trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and other cleaning duties given to them
