With locations in multiple cities and an upcoming opening this spring, we are committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for animals and their owners alike. Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Runner/Cleaners to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a hygienic environment for both pets and staff. Your proactive approach will help uphold our high standards of sanitation, safety, and customer service, contributing to an outstanding experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of kennels, common areas, and grooming stations using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents Handle custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain sanitation standards Assist with heavy lifting tasks following safe lifting practices when moving supplies or equipment Maintain safety protocol adherence during chemical handling and custodial activities to protect yourself and others Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or hazards promptly Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and their pets Experience Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as sanitation tools is highly desirable Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be advantageous Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety guidelines Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards cleanliness and safety standards Must be comfortable with dogs and their handling.
