The wage range is $25.30 - 31.60 per hour, depending on experience. Job Requirements Appropriate education, training, and/or relevant work experience required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Demonstrated ability to coordinate workflow, manage priorities, and support production operations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Workflow Coordinate daily production activities by communicating effectively with internal and external customers, gathering and managing required documentation, developing and maintaining production schedules, ensuring product availability, and allocating labor resources to meet operational demands. Drive Process Improvement Continuously improve operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process enhancements, controlling labor and material costs, understanding customer requirements and deadlines, evaluating mechanical and information systems, mentoring employees, and refining workflows to maximize productivity and quality. Support and Develop Technicians Provide guidance, training, and hands-on support to technicians as needed to maintain production flow. Foster open communication, encourage professional development, and help team members establish and achieve career growth objectives while serving as a positive role model. Maintain 6S Standards Ensure compliance with 6S principles by adhering to standard operating procedures, maintaining a clean, organized work environment, performing routine equipment maintenance, and supporting the production of high-quality products. Professional Development Actively pursue personal and professional growth by completing required training for the current role, preparing for future positions through additional coursework and skill development, and seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and leadership capabilities. Safety Compliance Maintain a safe work environment by understanding and adhering to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Promptly identify and report safety concerns, hazards, or incidents to management. Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly range of $25.30 - 31.60, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
