Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks across various areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to eliminate dirt, dust, and germs effectively. Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to maintain adequate availability. Dispose of waste properly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods comfortably. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in every task. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
