Day and Evening Cleaning available. Part-time day and Evening will be considered as well. Couples, Bilinguals, and Retired Individuals are encouraged to apply.

Starting Pay:

$15 an hour. Supervisor, Lead positions are also available. In addtion, including carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, striping, and waxing. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of various commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, office cleaning, dorm room cleaning, or facilities maintenance experience who thrive in fast-paced settings and take pride in their work. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle industrial cleaning tasks involving heavy-duty equipment and specialized cleaning solutions. Assist with custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface sanitation to uphold high standards of hygiene. Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and general upkeep to ensure operational efficiency. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and maintenance tasks to prevent accidents or injuries. Collaborate with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services or related facilities maintenance roles. Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and floor care techniques, including buffing and stripping. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior porter or maintenance experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates.
