We are not a speed-based cleaning company. Our focus is providing a polished, detailed experience and maintaining the high standards our clients expect in their homes. Position Details Paid Training W-2 employee position Part-time, 25-30 hours per week Monday through Friday Schedule and weekly hours may vary depending on client bookings Service areas include Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and the East Mountains Paid travel time Opportunities for raises and advancement based on reliability, performance, and attention to detail Vehicle and Supplies provided Responsibilities Complete detailed residential cleaning services according to Mrs. G's standards Follow room-by-room cleaning checklists Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and other assigned areas Detail commonly missed areas, including corners, edges, fixtures, baseboards, and hard-to-reach spaces Properly use company-provided cleaning products and equipment Assist with final staging and presentation of the home Communicate concerns, damages, or unusual conditions immediately Work professionally and respectfully inside clients' homes Accept feedback and correct areas when necessary Help maintain organized cleaning supplies and company vehicles We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Highly detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Professional and respectful Comfortable working as part of a team Able to follow instructions and checklists Open to coaching and quality-control corrections Comfortable working at a steady, thorough pace Able to lift, bend, kneel, reach, and remain active throughout the shift Available during weekday daytime hours Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to the designated meeting location Ability to pass a background check Consistent attendance and communication Residential or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Why Join Mrs. G's Cleaning?
