Full-Time | Night Shift Position Summary C&J Equipment Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Night Shift Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring work areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas are cleaned and maintained each evening to support a safe and productive workplace. Essential Duties Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility. Empty trash and recycling containers. Restock restroom and cleaning supplies. Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces as needed. Maintain floors using appropriate cleaning equipment. Report maintenance or safety concerns to management. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform other custodial duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
