Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.
Part-Time J&L Cleaning is looking for 2 dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and professional environment at one of our commercial client facilities. The facility is serviced 7 days per week from approximately 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM. We are hiring two cleaners who will split the weekly schedule, with each employee working approximately 3-4 evenings per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent evening work with a limited number of hours. As J&L Cleaning continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to take on additional accounts and hours. Responsibilities Your cleaning duties may include: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms Cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, and fixtures Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces Cleaning breakroom and common areas Dusting and wiping surfaces Spot-cleaning doors, glass, and interior windows Restocking soap, paper products, and other supplies as needed Following J&L Cleaning checklists and sanitation procedures Properly using cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment Reporting maintenance concerns or supply shortages to management Ensuring assigned areas are completed thoroughly before leaving the facility What We're Looking For We are looking for employees who are: Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented Trustworthy and professional Comfortable working independently Able to follow written cleaning procedures and checklists Able to consistently work an evening schedule Good communicators Respectful of client property and confidentiality Able to maintain J&L Cleaning's standards of quality and professionalism Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. Requirements Reliable transportation to and from the Las Cruces job site Availability from 8:30 PM-10:30 PM, 3-4 evenings per week Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies/equipment Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within the scheduled time Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures Dependable attendance Professional appearance and attitude Ability to meet any applicable client facility-access or screening requirements Compensation $15.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, qualifications, and job responsibilities.
