Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment . In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the highest standards of sanitation and appearance. Duties Perform light repeat cleaning tasks to maintain a museum through the day This includes bathroom touch up cleaning and restocking periodically Cleaning an auditorium after usage Spot cleaning rugs and spill throughout the day Skills Experience in commercial or residential cleaning with a understanding of janitorial procedures. Skilled in handling chemical agents safely while adhering to chemical handling safety procedures. Familiarity with custodial equipment including, vacuums, mops, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning tools. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment. Experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is a plus.
