We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Night Shift Pressure Washing Technician. This is an evening/night position working primarily at commercial properties throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson area. No previous pressure washing experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.

Schedule:

Work is typically scheduled Monday through Thursday, depending on workload Shifts typically begin around 8:30 PM Shift length varies depending on the workload and how quickly scheduled work is completed Part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours as the company grows

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead technician with commercial pressure washing and exterior cleaning Manage hoses and help maintain a safe and organized work area during cleaning Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment at each job Help move, position, and organize equipment as needed Identify areas that require additional cleaning or attention Learn to safely operate professional pressure washing equipment Take on additional pressure washing and cleaning responsibilities as training and experience progress Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Follow company procedures and safety requirements

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to meet the crew Available Monday through Thursday nights Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working for several hours Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be eligible to work in the U.S. No previous pressure washing experience is required. Training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is reliable, works hard, learns quickly, and takes pride in doing quality work. This position has the opportunity to grow as the company expands, including additional hours, increased responsibilities, and future pay raises based on performance and reliability.
