A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Sweep and remove wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from floors Vacuum assigned stations, moving chairs and objects to ensure thorough cleaning Clean and dust slot machines, including areas between machines, doors, and woodwork Remove scuff marks and drink spills Clean biohazard areas as required Clean slot chairs, polish bases, and return chairs to proper position Remove trash, replace missing ashtrays, and clean all ashtrays and trash cansTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 21 years of age or older Six (6) months of prior relevant general cleaning experience preferred Proactively aware of unsafe conditions such as spills, wet areas, debris, and ability to address quickly and efficiently Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
