WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Building Cleaning & Maintenance Worker to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general upkeep of our Boulder City facility. This position is responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of the building, maintaining common areas, stocking supplies, removing trash, and performing light landscaping and general grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Performs routine housekeeping and general facility upkeep in accordance with established safety procedures. Empties trash receptacles and replaces liners throughout the facility. Cleans and disinfects restrooms, break areas, kitchens, and other common areas. Spot cleans vending machines, walls, light switches, and other high-touch or visibly soiled surfaces. Dusts, sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors and other areas as needed. Stocks paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other janitorial supplies. Monitors cleaning and paper supply levels and notifies the appropriate person when supplies need to be reordered. Arranges and maintains furniture and common areas as needed. Performs cleaning and general upkeep of both the interior and exterior of the building. Performs light landscaping and grounds maintenance, including watering, weeding, trimming, and maintaining outdoor areas. Maintains the overall appearance of the facility and ensures the property is clean, presentable, and well maintained.
