Micro Clean Professional Services Custodial Technician Reno, NV Positions Available Pay Range:

$16.00 - $18.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years commercial janitorial or custodial experience Experience overseeing quality and completion of work Strong communication and organizational skills The position requires professionalism, consistency, and ability to work independently after normal business hours.

Daily Cleaning Duties:

Vacuum all carpeted areas including private offices, hallways and conference rooms Clean and Sanitize restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, counters and fixtures. Dust and wipe down office furniture, desks, shelving and common area surfaces. Empty and reline trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility. Clean breakrooms and kitchen areas, including counters, sinks, tables, and appliance exteriors. Restock paper products and soap dispensers as needed. Clean interior glass, entry doors, and lobby surfaces. Sweep and mop hard-surface flooring in appropriate areas. Pass a background check Be eligible to obtain government facility credentials/badging Maintain professionalism and confidentiality Follow all facility security requirementsReliable transportation is required.

Hourly rate based on experience. Transportation A Must!! Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience is a plus. Must Be Detail Orientated and Reliable. Must live in Area. Must have experience in Commercial Cleaning, But Willing To Train, Hiring Immediately.
