Job Summary Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and be a vital part of maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas—whether commercial, residential, or industrial—are spotless and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a positive experience for clients, visitors, and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Conduct floor care procedures such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance. Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with custodial duties related to industrial or commercial cleaning projects, ensuring all tasks meet quality expectations. Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs needed for fixtures or equipment and assisting with basic upkeep tasks. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and storage areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized for efficient operations. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties or related fields such as facilities maintenance or porter experience. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet extractors is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for collaborating effectively with colleagues.
