Job Description
We are growing and looking for new team members for Part-time Hours days and evenings as well as a Fulltime Evening Cleaning Supervisor. MUST have own car as locations are not on bus line Locations Available

Responsibilities Cleaners:
Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting assigned areas, empty trash, clean restrooms.Supervisor:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for team members during evening shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols across all cleaning tasks to maintain a safe working environment. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments when necessary to ensure uninterrupted service. Conduct quality checks to verify that cleaning standards are met consistently across all designated areas. Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies to promote efficient team performance. Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, operational issues, or safety concerns to facilitate continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Previous supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
