The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential and commercial environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness in residential spaces through effective cleaning techniques. Conduct commercial cleaning tasks to uphold high standards of hygiene in business environments. Carry out floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with buffing equipment and floor care practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
